TSNschool

In order to be able to use the accounts administered in TSNuser in the local school infrastructure, they are synchronized via TSNschool. This means that the Portal Tirol Account can also be used to register on the school PC. This reduces the administration effort at each school and increases security through the single sign-on procedure.

TSNschool ensures that the TSN accounts are available in real time for use in the local school infrastructure. This makes it possible to log on to the school PC or the school's wireless LAN with the TSN accounts.

On the one hand, this increases user convenience, since teachers and students only have to remember one user/password combination. On the other hand, this increases security since the TSN passwords comply with the NIS guidelines.

In addition, it reduces the workload for the administrators, who do not have to manage separate accesses in the school network, and increases the data quality, since the accounts in the local school infrastructure are also updated from the daily data comparison with the teacher or student administration.
